  • Local Orders (Within Pakistan): Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery time may vary between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Flat shipping fee of PKR 170 (Free shipping on orders above PKR 2000).

  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

Delays

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
